Group Class Schedule
Simply Pilates offers a variety of reformer-based classes throughout the week, from gentle sessions perfect for beginners and those with mobility concerns, to challenging intermediate and advanced classes for experienced practitioners.
All classes are 55 minutes and led by our comprehensively certified instructors.

A strength-focused class blending reformer, mat, chair, and tower work with weights and bands. This approach is the foundation of our upcoming Simply Strong Method—building strength, stability, and confidence through intentional, full-body movement.

**Pilates for Growing Bodies
Pilates designed for adolescents to support healthy movement and development. Builds strength, flexibility, and core control while improving posture and helping to offset the strain of backpacks and screen time.
$20 per session
Fridays at 3:45 PM with Beth
