Our Studio Guidelines
These policies help us maintain a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment for all clients and instructors. Your input on any of these policies is always welcome — feel free to call or text Dana.
The No- Fragrance Policy

Simply Pilates is a scent-free environment. Some clients and teachers have allergies.

Please wait until after leaving the studio to apply lotions, body oils, or perfumes.

This includes hairsprays, fabric softeners, detergents, and dryer sheets.

Wash Pilates attire in fragrance-free laundry soap and avoid fabric softeners.
Cell Phones

Please silence your cell phones before arriving to class.

If you have an emergency, please excuse yourself from class to handle it.
Equipment

Mats and reformers are cleaned following each use.

Spray the reformers/chairs/towers and wipe down. Spray the cloth and wipe props, springs, and loops.

Avoid pulling on reformer cords to prevent premature wear.

Please place items back where they were taken from to keep areas tidy.
Class Conduct

Please remove your shoes at the door. Foot wipes are provided.

Enter the studio quietly if arriving late.

Vulgar, abusive, or inappropriate conduct/language will not be tolerated.

Pilates requires a mind-body connection — please refrain from conversation during class. Socializing pre/post class is encouraged!
