​I’ve spent over a decade helping people move safely, build strength, and feel more confident in their bodies.

I created Simply Strong 30 because I kept seeing the same thing— I kept meeting women who wanted to do something for their bones—but didn’t know where to begin. But also for those who already have a plan but what to be sure they are working safely.
This program is the approach I use every day in my studio—now adapted so you can do it at home.
