Why I Created Simply Strong

Over the 14+ years of teaching Pilates, I’ve worked with so many women who wanted to feel stronger — but weren’t always sure how to train in a way that truly supported their bodies.
Some were concerned about bone density.
Some had been active for years but lacked guidance around safe strength training.
And many simply wanted to feel more confident in how they moved.
It was when I received my own osteoporosis diagnosis at 60 that I truly understood the fear of injury and the need to strength train safely.
Simply Strong was created to bring all of that together.
